Turmeric is a widely used medicinal herb known for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This recipe teams up eggs with turmeric and a collection of other beneficial herbs enhancing the flavor and nutritive value.

Serving: 1-2 persons


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 oz. shredded raw cheese
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onions
  • 8 chopped green onions
  • 1 cup chopped yellow pepper
  • 6 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp. thyme
  • 1 tbsp. oregano
  • 1 tbsp. basil
  • 2 tbsp. turmeric



  • Sauté onions, green onions, and garlic in a pan of coconut oil over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Add eggs, cheese, and herbs.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously and add in turmeric.
