Nutrient Dense Margarita Salad

  • A mix of butter lettuce and arugula
  • 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • Diced avocado
  • Flaked dulse
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Pink salt and pepper
  • Place desired amount of lettuce and arugula in a bowl
  • Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, olives and avocado
  • Sprinkle with dulse, salt and pepper
  • Drizzle with oil and vinegar

Make a meal out of it by adding some good quality animal protein.
