Nutrient Dense Margarita Salad

Ingredients:
- A mix of butter lettuce and arugula
- 2 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
- Grape tomatoes
- Kalamata olives
- Diced avocado
- Flaked dulse
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Apple cider vinegar
- Pink salt and pepper
Directions:
- Place desired amount of lettuce and arugula in a bowl
- Top with mozzarella, tomatoes, olives and avocado
- Sprinkle with dulse, salt and pepper
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar
Make a meal out of it by adding some good quality animal protein.
