Use fresh, organic mint leaves and organic limes for some sneaky nutrition.
1 lime, cut into 8 pieces (You will use 4 pieces)
1-2 teaspoons sugar. To your personal taste
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
2 ounces light rum
2 ounces San Pellegrino sparkling water
1 sprig of mint
Place 4 pieces of lime, sugar, and mint in a shaker. Mash with a muddler or a wooden spoon. Add rum and sparkling water and stir to combine.
Serve over ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
