  • 16 oz hot water
  • 1/4 fresh lemon
  • dash of powdered ginger
  • Drop of Peppermint essential oil (suitable for ingestion)
  • Dash of Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon raw honey


  • Heat water
  • Squeeze lemon in 2 mugs
  • Add spices and peppermint 
  • Fill mugs with hot water
  • Add honey
Enjoy before breakfast to gently awaken your digestion or after eating to soothe your belly.
