Morning Comfort Tea

Ingredients
- 16 oz hot water
- 1/4 fresh lemon
- dash of powdered ginger
- Drop of Peppermint essential oil (suitable for ingestion)
- Dash of Cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon raw honey
Directions
- Heat water
- Squeeze lemon in 2 mugs
- Add spices and peppermint
- Fill mugs with hot water
- Add honey
Enjoy before breakfast to gently awaken your digestion or after eating to soothe your belly.
