Lemon Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients:
Boneless, organic chicken thighs or breasts, pounded to even thickness
Chicken bone broth
Fresh lemon
Butter
Crushed, dried rosemary
Pink salt and pepper
Potato starch for thickening
Directions:
Pound chicken and season with salt, pepper and rosemary
Lightly brown the chicken on both sides in butter. Do not overcook
Add broth and a big squeeze of fresh lemon
Mix a little potato starch with a little cold broth, stir into simmering sauce to thicken the sauce if desired.
