1 grass fed steak per person (Butcher Box)
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
pinch or two garlic powder
Splash or two of white wine
Crisp cooked bacon crumbles (Butcher Box)
Pan sear or grill the steaks to your liking.
Make the sauce:
Put the blue cheese in a pan on medium high. Add garlic.
Once it begins to melt, pour in white wine
Simmer a few minutes until thickened.
Top sliced steak with sauce, bacon, scallions and parsley.
A crisp romaine salad is a nice side with this steak.
