This delicious green smoothie is a great way to pack in extra greens, electrolytes, and nutrients when you're running with no time to eat.

Serving: 1 person


  • 1-2 cups baby kale
  • Coconut Water (adjust for desired thickness)
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1-2 tbsp. sprouted, ground Flax
  • 1 tbsp. Organic Almond Butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. Cassia Cinnamon



  • Place all in a blender and mix until creamy.
