Electrolyte Kale Smoothie
This delicious green smoothie is a great way to pack in extra greens, electrolytes, and nutrients when you're running with no time to eat.
Serving: 1 person
- 1-2 cups baby kale
- Coconut Water (adjust for desired thickness)
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1-2 tbsp. sprouted, ground Flax
- 1 tbsp. Organic Almond Butter
- 1/2 tbsp. Cassia Cinnamon
- Place all in a blender and mix until creamy.
