Cowboy Caviar
- 3 bell peppers
- 1-2 jalapeños
- handful of pickled jalapeños
- cilantro
- 1 red onion
- 1 can of corn
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 mango
- 1 container of feta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white whine vinegar
- juice of 3 limes
- 2-3 tbps hot honey
- sugar to taste
- 2 tbps taco seasoning
- salt & pepper
