Chocolate Cherry Smoothie
- 1 scoop (approximately 20g protein) high-quality protein powder.
- 1 Tbls. sprouted, ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp. Whole food Vitamin C powder (Infinity-C Superfood)
- 1 Scoop Barlean’s Greens Chocolate Silk
- 3/4- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 small greenish banana - (peel and freeze banana’s to always have them on hand) or 1/2 an avocado.
- 1 handful of fresh organic greens (spinach, kale, chard, spring mix, dark lettuces, parsley)
- Other “superfoods” can be added as desired - optional
- Ice
- Water (Can use coconut water, unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
Mix in blender and drink for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
