Cabbage Radish Slaw

  • 4 cups sliced green or purple cabbage or a mix of both
  • 1 small bunch radishes, approx 10-12, sliced
  • 1 bunch green onions, approx 5-6, sliced
  • ¾ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • Dressing ¼ cup olive oil, juice of 1 lemon juice and 1 ½ tsp. sea salt


Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad and mix well.
