Best Turkey Salad on The Planet

Left over turkey? Make this delicious, healthful turkey salad. It is my favorite.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Left over turkey cut into small pieces
- 1/4-1/3 cup chopped celery (or white crispy ends of bok choy)
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup grapes cut in fourths
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (I like thyme or cilantro)
- Himalayan pink salt and black pepper
- Sprinkle of flaked Dulse (seaweed loaded with minerals and iodine for thyroid health)
- 1/4 cup Mayo of your choice (I use coconut oil mayo. Not a mayo fan? Use olive oil and apple cider vinegar)
Directions:
- Gently toss all together
- Serve on lettuce leaves
